Please fill out the form below, using a separate form for each person. A badge with your name is your ticket to the conference and will be available to you at the registration table.

After submitting this form for each attendee, please return to this page and click on the Pay Now button to pay for your ticket(s).  At the PayPal site, specify FARM Conference, the number of tickets and the total to be paid (@ $80/ticket).

Your donation of any amount will help the cause of sustainable farming, and is fully deductible to the extent of the law.
